Mark came recommended to me by another artist. I have found with any prints that the quality and attention to detail of the reprography work is the difference between a print that does justice to the artwork instead of just a copy of it. In my paintings, I put a great deal of time and attention into the colour balance and the tonal values bring the emphasis to the correct area of the painting to bring the image to life. I have found that many printers accepted a coarser result that ignored the artworks values in reproduction. This is especially true in my watercolour work where the pigment can vary between weak tea and butter consistencies, which is very hard to reproduce accurately. From the first, Mark understood my points and has enthusiastically taken time and care to work on the proofs to exactly reflect my work.

The quality of your work has so far been first class. In comparison to the prints from the company I was using I would say yours are much better and your service far superior. My previous printer seemed to have particular problems with canvas prints, they often appeared dull or over saturated and he unfortunately became a little defensive when I approached the subject, which was very frustrating.
